Please package your gear back to us as closely as possible to how it was received. Headphones must be cosmetically clean, lint-free, and functioning perfectly as originally received.
(In-Ear Headphones: If you are returning in-ear / IEM headphones and tried various eartips, please discard all used tips. No need to return used eartips; it will not affect your refund.)
Do not send headphones or amps back in JUST the product box. It’s 100% assured they will no longer be in ‘like-new’ condition when we receive them and we cannot accept them. Please ship the product back in the original inner & outer packing boxes, or other comparable shipping boxes.
