When is a price beat not possible…
Sometimes a price beat might not be possible due to a number of reasons:
1. If the competitor price is below our cost price then a price beat might not be possible, however we’ll always try to win your custom with a cunning special offer or free gift item where we can.
2. If the competitor is OUT OF STOCK.
3. If the competitor does not deliver to your address.
4. If the competitor does not offer the manufacturers’ warranty. Some online sellers are not authorised to sell certain products and if you buy from them and something goes wrong, the manufacturer might not honour the warranty. All of our products come with the manufacturers full warranty and when you buy from us you can be assured of peace of mind.
We’re an authorised dealer for every product we sell. Because of this, you’re entitled to the full manufacturers’ warranty, which is great because high-end headphones are not cheap. If you decide to shop with an unauthorised dealer, the few euros you may save up-front, can quickly backfire when you’re not covered under the manufacturers’ warranty. People aren’t too easy on their earphones, they get thrown into backpacks and purses. We use them at the gym and on stage. Please note: We only price match with European based sites. When purchasing from international sites, e.g. in the USA, you should consider that you must pay customs duty and import tax on top of the headphone price – for this reason we can only match with European dealers.
