In addition to standard warranties and your statutory rights, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products purchased from headphonehub.ie. If you don’t like the product for whatever reason all you have to do is contact us first, arrange the return and once the item arrives in a satisfactory condition back in the Hub, we will issue a refund for the product or a credit note (but not for the return postage cost).
FAULTY ITEMS
For items that arrive faulty, please contact us to have the product replaced, you must send the product back to us and we will refund your return postage. If the item is a warranty return after a period of more than 30 days you will need to arrange for the item to be returned to us safely at your own cost (make sure to use a delivery service with sufficient insurance).
SATISFACTORY CONDITION
During the evaluation of the product it is expected that you take reasonable care of the goods (as you would when examining the product in a shop). In-ear earphones, microphones, ear plugs and other products that have contact with the ear, nose or mouth we define that reasonable care means you should not break the hygiene seal and try them out.
You are obliged by law to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase.
The goods must be returned with the original manufacturer’s packaging (which shall not be defaced or damaged) complete with accessories, manuals, documentation, plastic bags, warranty cards, tie wraps, and any other little bits or pieces that originally came with the product.
